11th Founder’s Day Celebration
Founder’s Day “This is our time to celebrate the joys of today, the memories of yesterday, and the hopes of tomorrow”.
Delhi Public School, Janjgir-Champa commemorated its ‘11th Founders Day Anniversary’ on Tuesday, 15tH June, 2021 with much more passion, zeal and enthusiasm than ever before. The whole school campus was vibrantly decorated with arcticulately placed fresh flowers, elegant drapes, decorative boards & colourful paper rosettes to mark the beginning of auspiciousness, the grandeur creations work as a symbol of prosperity, beauty, positivity, and goodluck. Colourful Rangoli designs were drawn on floor with beautiful progressive quotes.
All present in the school were delighted and were apparently blissful. They were waiting to celebrate the special day of their Dreamer cum Founder Late. Shri Ram Gopal Dewangan to pay homage who had an earnest desire to build up an institution where an education blended in all colours of human values could be given and today we feel proud to say that his lofty dream of quality institution is taking shape through it.
This serene ambience glorified when the President of the School, Mr. Rajkishore Dewangan entered the premises with Vice-President, Mr. Purushottam Dewangan. They received a warm welcome from the Principal Mrs. Kalpana Singh, Headmistress Ms. Indrani Sil & other Subordinates by following the rituals of Tilak & pinning up badges. There was excitement and expectation in the air. By the grace of divine mother, the occassion commenced with presentation of bouquet & by conducting our customary Lamp Lighting Ceremony & Puja as a true tribute to the visionary. The Celebration Shimmered with speeches followed by singing bhajans & chaupaiys from sacred Ram Charit Manas.
On this special occasion, everyone expressed their deepest gratitude towards the whole school for making his birthday a memorable one by cutting cake and celebrating 11 years of success with great fervour.Today DPS-JC & DPS Kids is one of the fastest growing schools of the belt which began its borne voyage in the ocean of academics with 500+ students in the year 2011 and has set high standards for itself in providing excellent education and living up to its School motto ‘Service Before Self to Inspire, to Enlighten with the untiring attempts of staff members, constant support of parents and zealous performance of our students, this small beginning became big and touched the pinnacle of success.
Today we feel proud to say that the history of our School bears ample testimony to the fact of our coming on top of all hurdles that came our way.
