Raksha Bandhan is one of the most endearing ways to celebrate the bond between brothers and sisters.

It was celebrated with full enthusiasm, zeal and gaiety at our extended family – DPS-JC and DPS-KIDS on 31 July 2020. Little kids from Pre-primary section and Class I were familiarized with the customs and rituals followed on Raksha Bandhan. Our Pre-School girls selected Rakhis and tied it on the small wrist of their brothers .The children joined in this celebration, which was aimed at strengthening the bond of love and to instill the virtues of love and harmony among the growing Montessorian .

All onlookers conveyed thanks to the combined efforts of teachers and students. The school not only succeeded in catalyzing the feeling of love, care and affection but also teach students about our tradition.All the Teachers explained the importance of this Festival to the students.
