RAKSHA BANDHAN CELEBRATION(21/08/2021)
“Rakhi is the thread that binds two souls in a bond of joy forever.”
Raksha Bandhan is a wonderful festive which celebrates the bond shared by a brother and sister. It is a broader perspective which conveys an intrinsic message of universal brotherhood and sisterhood. So to strengthen the bond of love and care between a brother and sister, DPS-JC organized “Rakhi Making Activity” for the students of Pre-Primary on 21st August 2021.
All the students were instructed to wear colourful dresses and to make eco-friendly rakhi with the help of colourful paper, beads, flowers, molidhaga and other decorative items. The students enthusiastically participated in this activity. Students showcased their talent by sending the virtual pictures of their beautiful and creative hand-made Rakhis using craft material and waste material. All students were appreciated and motivated for their active participation with energetic vigour.
