To intensify the shoulders which lift up the responsibility of students’ development a Capacity Building Program was organized in the school. We believe in enlightening the mind with the continuous learning in teachers. Classroom Management is an art and portrays every student beautifully if the teachers master it. Resource person Dr. Nirkesh Sharma and Ms. V. Kalpana took the training where they shared the implementations they had been accentuating the studies with. Intensive use of resources adds the ease in the functioning of classroom and makes the learning easy. In the two days program teachers learnt to plan and execute their lessons in an attractive way which may adhere the students with them. Students can be the adherent of teachers when their creativity is given open space to wing up in the classroom. Traditional placement of students needs to be reconditioned and design a new seating arrangement in the classroom to give them clear access to board and teacher so that he may conspicuously embrace the things taught and enhance the performance. Teachers of different schools (Hasdeo Public School, Gurukul International School, Op Jindal School Raigarh, Sanskar Public School Raigarh, Lions DAV School Akaltara, Indus Public School Korba, Jay Bharat English Medium School Janjgir and Sarvodaya Public School, Hirapur)) attended the workshop and collaborated their ideas with the school and envisaged together of the different ways to be adopted for a successful creation of brilliance in students. How to engage the child in an activity after the impactful execution of the lesson planned was the main in to-do list. Principal of the school, Mrs. Kalpana Singh greeted the dignitaries and gave the portrayal of students’ participation and negligence in different situations depending upon the decoration of the classroom with the intent of innovative learning or the tracked and traditional execution. Teachers participated in different activities as the role playing task given by the trainers and amazingly saw the impact fullness of active participation and anticipated to use them in their classes.
