Hindi Poem Recitation (Sub – Junior)

Reciting poems and rhymes is very important for the development of children as it improves vocabulary skills of children and helps in their cognitive development. Children also love songs and rhymes with action . They not only learn the song but the actions too, which in turn also helps in the gross motor and fine motor development.

In line of the same, Hindi Poetry Recitation Competition was held for the children of Grades II & III on 17/04/2021. The students showed their confidence, expression and talent to a large extent. One could see and feel the enthusiasm that the children had in their presentation. Oh! What a wonderful way to express something through innocent words and actions in a melody with all smiles.

The competition was organised by CCA Department Heads, Mrs.Saira Khan and Mrs. Harmeet Kaur with the support of the respective House Teachers and Parents. The competition was judged by Mrs. Shabeena Khan and Ms.Balpreet Kaur.
