KRISHNA JANMASHTAMI AND TEACHERS’ DAY
Krishna Janmashtami and Teacher’s day Celebration: The little kids of pre- primary classes of Delhi Public School Janigir- Champa celebrated Janmashtami and Teachers’ day 4th September with great fun and gaiety in the activity room of the school. The program began at 10:15 a.m sharp with the arrival of the principal, Mr Ashish Pandey who lighted the ceremonial lamp and was given a bouquet by pre- primary coordinator, Miss Nishita Jannet ma’am at 10:30 am. Mrs. Snehil Chauhan delivered her welcome speech and highlighted the importance of Krishna Janmashtami and teachers’ day. She welcomed all the students and the principal for sparing his valuable time in attending the the program. Then the principal addressed the students at 11:10 a.m. for 5 minutes and after it various cultural programs began which included a group dance, a solo song performance , aspeech on the day by a students and a poem recited by another student. At last the memories of the event were preserved in the form of a group photo.
