And this is what DPS-JC also believes in. The school makes sure that the students are exposed to all kinds of experience which is useful for them.
On 8th of August, the students were taken for one more highly informative and interesting visit. Pupils of class 2 from section A and B were taken to Post Office, Janjgir.
Post Master Mr. Vijay Dubey was present there to provide the students with all the necessary information. At first, the students saw a variety of stamps and postcards. Students showed keen interest in them as those post cards and stamps were quite attractive and grabbed the children’s attention. Apart from this, student’s were also informed about some new schemes which are being run by the government of India. One such scheme is Sukanya Samriddhi Yojna which the students were unaware of but they were supplied with all the necessary information.
Students also came to know that the Aadhar Cards can now be updated from the post office and the most
important citizenship identification proof; passports also are now made at post offices as well.
The whole visit was very informative and the students enjoyed a lot.
