TWIST AND TURN ACTIVITY (PRE-PRIMARY SECTION)
Its so fun to be a preschooler!
Twist and turn activity were conducted for pre-school children on 19th June 2021 to learn and to develop the skills necessary for success in school and in life. Pre-primary Teachers had set aside some valuable time where personal attention & encouragement was given to the children to do enjoyable things together, to generate positive feelings in the child and in turn will help him/her to feel good about himself/herself. All the toddlers showed vigor and enthusiasm to involve themselves wholeheartedly to relax their young minds.
This activity was introduced with a vision that Twisting and Turning actions stimulate blood circulation and release tension in the muscles and helps in blood flow rich in oxygen and nutrients. So Pre-Primary Teachers took initiative to start the activity teaching different steps once the music was played. All the toddlers took much interest in joining this fantastic fun & learning activity, following the steps shown by their respective class teachers. They twisted their right and left hands, legs, hips, knees turned around, hopped 1, 2, 3 with beats. Oh, what an excitement with smiley faces could be seen.
